Ingredients:
Preparation:
Slowly fry the onions in a frying pan over medium heat without burning them.
Mix the minced meat, breadcrumbs, stock cube, egg and pepper well and form the meatballs.
When the onions are already well grilled (but not too dark), add the meatballs, reducing the heat slightly.
Once the meatballs are well coloured, deglaze the pan with the milk. Bring to the boil again briefly. Stir in the crème fraîche, add the lemon juice, mix well and adjust the seasoning.
