Ingredients:
Preparation:
Put the frozen berries in a high performance blender. Add the sirup and icing sugar, then mix at maximum speed. With the blender running, pour in the egg white and continue to mix until homogenous.
Serve straight or transfer the mixture to a container, cover and chill in the freezer for up to 1 hour before serving.
Tip:
The sorbet becomes hard in the freezer so I suggest making it fresh. If there are any leftovers, put them in a popsicle mould, it would be great for another time.
