Lasagne like at the Italian restaurant

Preparation:

Dice the onions and fry in a little oil. Finely dice the garlic and add to the onions and fry briefly at a low temperature. 

Add the minced meat and fry over a high heat until hot. 

Stir in the tomato paste and deglaze with the red wine. 

Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper, sugar, oregano, water and stock cube and simmer for at least 20 minutes.

In the meantime, melt the butter, add the flour and stir. Slowly stir in the milk and bring to the boil for a few minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Butter a large rectangular baking dish. 

Spread a ladleful of meat sauce on the bottom, spread a layer of uncooked lasagne sheets on top, then alternate layers of 2 ladlefuls of meat sauce, 2 ladlefuls of béchamel, Parmesan and uncooked lasagne sheets and repeat the process until the meat sauce is used up.

Finish with a layer of lasagne sheets, béchamel, mozzarella and Parmesan.

Bake in the oven at 180 C for 45 minutes.
If the lasagne comes out of the fridge, it will take 60 minutes.

For best results, prepare the lasagne in advance, bake it and then let it cool for about 10 to 15 minutes before cutting.

It is also perfect to freeze.
