Ingredients:
Preparation:
Quarter the tomatoes, take out the kernels and cut into little pieces. Mix the sundried tomatoes in a mixer and add to the fresh tomatoes.
Cut the mozzarella into thin. Slices and cut out rounds that fit into the glasses.
Make alternate layers of tapenade, mozzarella, tomato paste, mozzarella and pesto.
Keep in the fridge until 10 minutes before your guests arrive!
