Green asparagus cream soup (traditional & Thermomix)

If you want to use the asparagus heads as decoration, cut them into pieces about 3 cm long and boil or steam them separately for a short time and save them.
Cut the rest of the asparagus into pieces. Heat the butter in a saucepan. Steam the asparagus and sugar for about 5 minutes. Add water and vegetable stock cube, bring to the boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for approx. 15 min. until soft and puree.
Mix the cornflour well with approx. 6 tbsp. of the soup in a small bowl, pour into the pot and bring to the boil, stirring briefly. Mix in the crème fraîche and the juice of half a lemon, season to taste and serve.
