Ingredients:
Preparation:
Finely dice the onion. Mash the garlic. Pluck the parsley leaves and chop finely.
Add everything to the minced meat. Dust with flour, season with the soup cube and pepper, mix well and form 24 balls.
Fry in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown.
Chop the chives and mix with the peeled, pitted, grated cucumber and salt and pepper.
Mash the feta cheese and mix with the yoghurt.
Serve the cooled meatballs and the dip with cucumber slices and the toasted and opened pita bread!
