German fried sausages with leek and onion vegetables

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Fry the onions and the leek in the oil for 5 minutes. Add the tomato paste, honey, salt and pepper and simmer for 2 minutes. Add the vinegar and vegetable stock, as well as the oregano and reduce over medium heat for 12 minutes.

In the meantime, fry the sausages until golden brown.

It goes perfectly with mashed potatoes, preferably homemade of course
