Ingredients:
Preparation:
Place the ciabatta slices on a baking tray, drizzle with 2 - 3 tbsp olive oil and bake for 8 - 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 C until crispy. Turn over once halfway through the baking time. Then leave the crostini to cool.
Blend the avocado with the lime juice, salt, spring onions and parsley.
Tear the burrata into small pieces.
Spread the avocado cream on the crostini and top with a piece of burrata and a piece of tomato. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and serve.
