Ingredients:
Preparation:
Peel and slice the onion and the clove of garlic. Fry in a pan with a little oil. Add a pinch of sugar, the peas and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Pour the vegetable stock over it and cook for about 10 minutes. Add the crème fraîche and blend everything until smooth. Season with salt, pepper and grated nutmeg.
Decorate with some peas, julienned mint leaves and chilli flakes.
