Ingredients:
Preparation:
Heat the oil in a deep pan and sauté the spring onions briefly until translucent.
Add the carrots and sauté for about 2 minutes.
Add water and stock cubes to the pan and cook for about 10 minutes over medium heat.
When they are cooked through, add the lemon juice, sour cream, cream, pepper and parsley and simmer again for about 1 minute.
