Chilled courgette and cucumber soup (traditional & Thermomix)

Preparation:
Peel, halve and deseed the cucumber and cut into pieces. Grate some of the cucumber for the garnish.
Wash the courgettes, cut one part into sticks and the rest into pieces.
Place the cucumber, courgette, dill, mint and avocado in a large, tall container and blend well using a hand blender or other food processor.
Add the lemon juice, yogurt, salt, pepper and water and blend well.
Chill in the fridge for ½ to one hour.
In the meantime, finely chop the tomato and red onion for the garnish and place in the fridge.
Pour the courgette and cucumber soup into soup bowls, top with the garnish (cucumber, courgette, tomato and red pepper) and the chili flakes and serve ice cold.
Tip: The yogurt is used to give the soup a creamy texture, but can be replaced with water.
