Cherry Tomato & Garlic Chicken

Preparation:
Wash the chicken pieces and pat them dry with paper towel.
Choose an oven dish just large enough to put your chicken pieces in so they can sit side by side while being squeezed. Rub the pieces well with olive oil and season with salt and pepper on both sides. Place them with the skin side up.
Put lots of peeled garlic cloves between the pieces, not on the surface.
Make a small cut in the cherry tomatoes and place them with this cut downwards on the chicken pieces.
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 C for 45 minutes. Check the cooking and add time if necessary.
Serve in the oven dish with rice or potatoes and vegetables or salad of your choice. Ideal for receiving large numbers.
