Chanterelle toast

Nothing is better than a beautifully toasted slice of bread with freshly fried chanterelles.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Melt the butter in a pan, add the shallot and chanterelles and sauté. Season well with salt and pepper. Stir in the parsley.

In the meantime, toast and butter the bread. Spread the chanterelles on the two pieces of bread. 

Sprinkle with grated cheese and fresh oregano or thyme.
