Avocado salad
A healthy side dish that is perfect for a summer lunch or dinner!

Ingredients:

Preparation:

In a salad bowl, emulsify the juice of one lime with salt, pepper and olive oil.

Stir in the chives.

Fold the avocado, onions and peppers into the marinade.

Leave to marinate in the fridge for 20 minutes and serve.
