Ingredients:
Preparation:
For the strudel filling, peel the apples, quarter them and cut into thin slices. Melt 60 g butter in a pan, brown the apples, add breadcrumbs, sugar and cinnamon and simmer for about 5 minutes until the apples are soft but still firm to the bite. Add the raisins if you want to.
Melt 60 g butter in a pan.
Unroll the pastry sheets and cut into 36 pieces about 10 x 10 cm in size. Grease twelve moulds of a muffin tin with melted butter. Brush 3 pastry sheets each with butter and place them on top of each other. Insert one of these stacks into each well and press down lightly. Spread the strudel filling inside.
Bake in the preheated oven at 200 C (180 C convection oven) for about 10 minutes until the filo sheets crisp up nicely at the edges. Remove and place in paper muffin tins. Perfect with vanilla sauce or whipped cream.
Enjoy your meal!
