A simple but truly delicious sauce: this herb cream takes just a few minutes to prepare and goes well with steamed vegetables, grilled fish or cold meat. It can be made in advance and tastes even better after a few hours in the fridge.
Ingredients
125g double cream
125g plain yoghurt
1 à 2pods pressed garlic (according to your taste)
fresh chopped basil
fresh chopped parsley
fresh chives, finely chopped
(Quantities of herbs according to your preferences)

Preparation :
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Adjust the seasoning to your taste (add a little salt if necessary).
3. Leave to rest for 30 minutes in a cool place before serving.
